It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Courtney Victoria Rider Allen, a beloved daughter, graduate, and cherished member of her community. Courtney, who graduated from York Technical College, passed away on November 17th, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness.
Courtney was a loving daughter to Kenneth Allen and Becki Hale Allen. Her family and friends remember her as a caring, vibrant individual whose warmth touched everyone she met. Her dedication to her education and her loved ones exemplified her compassionate spirit.
